Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the link provided.
To protect high-value orders:
We proudly ship to PO Boxes and international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges incurred once the package arrives in the destination country.
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

At Elizalde Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For hygiene, personalization, and integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive your desired item is to first return your original purchase. If the item meets our return criteria and your return is approved, you may then place a new order for the replacement item as a separate transaction. This ensures availability and timely processing of your preferred selection.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
